B&M Records will release Liv Warfield's long anticipated
debut album entitled "Embrace Me" on September 9, 2006.
This 11-track LP seduces listeners from the very first
track and guides them through a collection of sexy mid-tempo
grooves that can be enjoyed from beginning to end.
Warfield's breathtaking voice invites listeners to explore,
accept and treasure her alternative soul art form. Warfield
organically blends classic soul, acoustic rock, sultry rhythm
and straight-up sexy blues.
The album begins with the sensual track "ABC's" featuring the
legendary drummer Bernard "Pretty" Purdie. On songs "I Decided"
and "Get Away," Warfield addresses taking the high road in
heartbreak and later promotes self-acceptance and optimism
on the inspirational mid-tempo tracks "Work for Me," and
"Sophisticated Sista." Warfield explores the seasons of
love on tracks "Waiting," "Time," and "Feeling Lonely."
Finally, Liv Warfield shares an intimate preview on the
sexy live track "Brotha Man," which expresses gratitude
toward the man who holds her heart.
